Please send your query letter, which should include both your pitch and your author bio, the first three chapters of your book and a synopsis to the WordLink agent of your choice or to submissions@wordlinkliterary.com.

 

Non-Fiction
Please send your query letter, which should include both your pitch and your author bio and your book proposal, which should include sample chapters of your book, to the WordLink agent of your choice or to submissions@wordlinkliterary.com.

 

Please note that it may take us 3-6 months to get back to you with a reply on your submission.
 

FAQ

  1. What is a book proposal?
    A book proposal is a professional document used to pitch a nonfiction book to literary agents or publishers before the full manuscript is completed. It outlines what the book is about, who its targer audience is, what comp titles it can be compared to, what your tentative marketing-publicity for iut is and what the book's chapter-by-chapter synopsis will be. It also includes two to three sample chapters to give the an idea of your writing style.

  2. What kind of books do you represent?
    While WordLink itself is open to all genres, every agent at our agency represents specific genres. To get a better idea of which agents at WordLink New York want to represent which genres, please take a look at our About section.

  3. Do you accept simultaneous submissions?
    Yes, WordLink New York does accept simultaneous submissions.

  4. Do you provide feedback on rejected submissions?
    Unfortunately, given the submission load we have to contend with, we typically do not provide feedback for rejected submissions.
